Pagnucci uses poems and narratives to tell his story. I liked how the story started and ended with a poem. I feel like it kept the story “even” in some sense. I really like how the piece started and ended with a poem (I’ll have to keep that in mind).  Ondaajte used first person throughout the story, and kept the story in past tense. He used “white space” when sepearting different paragraphs. Maybe to give the reader time to think? Pagnucci seems to base his multi-genre piece around his childhood and the comics that he used to read when he was younger. Pagnucci uses multi-genres by writing in non-fiction and, what seems to be, research/informational. He refers back to his childhood often, but then jumps into talking about informational things like how to write, etc. He uses the repetends throughout the story by referring back to his early life, especially the comic. It is told in first person; it gives it a closer feel to the reader.
